Lanier RECEIVES AWARD FROM BTA RECOGNIZING
SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE
Business Technology Association's Annual Dealer
Survey Places Lanier Tops in Multiple Categories
West Caldwell, NJ, June 22, 2004—Lanier, a
brand of Ricoh Corporation, has been named the Business Technology Association's
(BTA's) 2004 Channel's Choice overall "Superior Performance" award winner, and
top vendor in four individual Channel's Choice categories. The awards will be
presented at CompTIA's Breakaway 2004, held on August 4-6 in Orlando, FL.
The awards are based on an annual, nationwide
survey of office technology dealers. More than 2,000 ballots were distributed
this year, with questions probing vendor strengths and weaknesses in more than
30 performance categories. Lanier received the top award by receiving the
highest overall ranking.
In addition to Superior Performance, Lanier
received Channel's Choice awards for Corporate Support, Marketing Distribution
Policy, Product Line, and Digital-Connected Product. "Lanier is devoted to
