All demonstrator/newly-remanufactured copiers go thru a rigorous rebuilding process, which includes the following steps, but not limited to just these following procedures:

 

1.  Each unit is stripped down to the frame, which allows TechStar to examine the feed path clearances and to see if the frame is straight.

2.  TechStar will replace all warn and damaged parts as seen when stripping the copier down to the frame.  For example gears, pulleys, drum, hot roller, feed rollers, ADF belts, ozone filter and dust filters.

3.  Replace all consumables i.e.. new toner and developer.

4.  In house stress testing to thoroughly run the copiers thru all the features and feed modes.  Upon passing the stress test all TechStar copiers receive our zero defects program seal of approval.
